Boris & Ian Astbury
Bxi
A collaboration between Japanese Doom/Sludge Rock trio Boris and British vocalist Ian Astbury, frontman for Alt-Rock band The Cult.
Astbury’s iconic Rock vocals are a perfect match for Boris’ straightforward and laid back but still raw and imaginative songwriting.

Jenny and Johnny
I’m Having Fun Now
Jenny and Johnny first started working together in Los Angeles in 2005, after being introduced by Conor Oberst.
The exuberance of love songs like ‘Scissor Runner’ mask some of the record’s darkness, with Lewis chronicling the economic demise of her beloved California in ‘Big Wave’, Rice’s haunting vocal on ‘Animal’, and both songwriters raising a middle-finger kiss off in the acerbic ‘My Pet Snakes’.
The overall result is genuine and original pop music for ‘Right Now’. This is not a Rilo Kiley record, a Jenny Lewis record, or a Johnathan Rice record. This is Jenny and Johnny

Jane's Addiction
Live Voodoo
Filmed live on Halloween night 2009 at Voodoo Experience in New Orleans, Live Voodoo sees the reunion of the classic Jane’s Addiction line-up of Perry Farrell (vocals), Stephen Perkins (drums), Eric Avery (bass) and Dave Navarro (guitar).
This spectacular show captures the band on top form with Perry Farrell at his most mesmerizing and the rest of the band clearly enjoying the occasion.
The tracklisting is predominantly drawn from their first two albums, which both featured this line-up, and the band are joined on stage by twin girl dancers, while the show climaxes with a joyous all singing and dancing stage invasion.

Isobel Campbell & Mark Lanegan
Hawk
The third full length collaboration between the former Screaming Trees vocalist (Lanegan) and ex-Belle & Sebastian member (Campbell).
The husky growl of Mark Lanegan and the soft, gentle beauty of Isobel Campbell proved to be the perfect match on 2006’s Ballad Of The Broken Seas and again on 2008’s Sunday At Devil Dirt.
Utilizing glistening guitars and sumptuous piano lines, the pair reunite for Hawk, an album produced by Campbell. Also featuring Willy Mason on two tracks, Hawk once again displays the emotive and powerful talents of two singers from opposite ends of the vocal spectrum.

I Need That Record
Guerilla filmmaker Brendan Toller unleashes I Need That Record! The Death (Or Possible Survival) Of The Independent Record Store, “an elegy for a vanishing subculture…a lively, bittersweet film that examines - with caustic humor, brutal candor, and, ultimately, great affection - why roughly 3,000 indie record stores have closed across the nation over the past decade,” (Johnathan Perry, Boston Globe).
A tour-de-force tale of greed, media consolidation, homogenized radio, big box stores, downloading, and technological shifts in the music industry told through candid interviews, crestfallen record store owners, startling statistics, and eye-popping animation.
Featuring- Ian MacKaye, Noam Chomsky, Mike Watt, Thurston Moore, Lenny Kaye, Chris Frantz), Glen Branca, Patterson Hood, Pat Carney, Legs McNeil, Bob Gruen, BP Helium and many indie record stores across the U.S.
