"When I was writing songs for "Radios & Rainbows" I surprised myself - what surfaced from my subconscious was unexpected, but most surprising was the song "Evil Love". Working with the amazing writer and producer, Bleu McAuley, I came into the writing session with the idea of a song about forgiveness and love. Bleu said "let's think of some different kinds of love", and when I hit on "Evil Love", Bleu said "bingo" and suddenly the story unfolded in my mind. It's not a true story and no, I don't have a gun, but it was really fun to write a revenge fantasy song about compulsive love - or let's just call it "Evil Love".
