Hutcherson and Hadley Caliman joining Gasca, playing a lush filmic Latin fusion all arranged by Don Costa. Gasca was prominent in the late '60s as the go-to trumpeter for a host of San Francisco Rock giants that included Janis Joplin, Carlos Santana, Bob Weir from the Grateful Dead and Jefferson Airplane's Marty Balin. He also played the horn parts on Van Morrison's Tupelo Honey album and was a founder member of Latin-rock group Malo
