"Emergency Third Rail Power Trip" is the debut album by American rock band Rain Parade, released in 1983. It is considered to be one of the most prominent records in the Paisley Underground movement of the 1980s. The same year, David Roback left the band and along with Kendra Smith, formed Clay Allison, changing that band name to Opal, which eventually evolved into Mazzy Star. This edition of "Emergency Third Rail Power Trip" features a bonus disc of rarities.
