"Echoes From The Past" is the 20th studio album from the German art and progressive rock band Eloy. It is also the third album of a unique trilogy, designed by band mastermind Frank Bornemann as a rock opera about the life and fate of Jeanne d'Arc.

Musically, this has resulted in a work in which sensitive and atmospheric passages alternate with powerful, dramaturgically shaped sound waves that will certainly remind Eloy fans of the band's earlier concept works. But this melange is fully intended according to Bornemann, who was again confronted with changes in the line up for this production.

Although it is well integrated into the trilogy in terms of its musical elements, it left a lot of room for artistic moments during its creation, which one does not expect, but which have an extraordinarily formative effect on the album, which is once again unique.
