LP - Mike James Kirkland & Monophonics - The Business (Pre-Order)

1LP - released October 30

Following the 2025 release of lead single "Glowin'", Mike James Kirkland returns with his long-awaited full-length album, "The Business". Backed by Monophonics, Kirkland delivers a rich, horn-driven collection that seamlessly blends upbeat soul with heartfelt ballads, reaffirming his place as one of the genre's enduring voices. Written and recorded between late 2021 and mid-2022 with contributions from Jimmy James (Parlor Greens) and Lou King (Ironsides), "The Business" pairs Kirkland's timeless vocals with the Monophonics' lush musicianship, marking a welcome return for the soul singer.
